Introduction
A
few months back, we took a look at the EPIA M9000 which was a wonderfully
small motherboard packed full of
integrated components and an x86 compatible
low power CPU in the form of the VIA C3 processor. Since then, VIA has
continued to improve the mini-ITX line by introducing the M10000 motherboard.
The M10000 board now uses the new Nehemiah based processor core running
at 1GHz. This processor sports a number of new features which will be
of interest to those looking to build a low cost small form factor system.
VIA was nice enough to send us a sample board to review so let’s
jump right in and see what this mini-ITX board can handle.
