Overview

The Bluetake Wireless Printing Kit comes with two devices - the BT210 Bluetooth Printer Adapter and the BT007X Bluetooth USB Adapter. Both adapters are class 1 adapters - capable of reaching 100 meters in radio range. The effective range is very dependent upon the building construction around the device.

The BT210 Bluetooth Printer Adapter consists of the USB Printer Adapter and an AC adapter. The unit itself is actually quite small. One thing to note - there's an extendable antenna on the BT210 which helps extend the range of it's radio reach. Here are pictures of the BT210. The prong sticking out is the USB interface to a printer.

There are two LEDs on the side of the unit - one for power and one for link status. When the power LED is green, the BT210 is receiving power. When the Link LED is blue, there is data traveling between this device and a Bluetooth device somewhere.

On the other side of the BT210 is the power connector for the included AC adapter to interface with.

Here is a picture of the AC adapter for the BT210.

The BT007X Class I Bluetooth USB Adapter looks like a USB flash drive and simply connects to any available USB port on your PC. Here are pictures of the USB adapter - there's just not a whole lot to it.
